We have thousands of traditional messages from which to choose. But if you want to spice it up with colored messages, custom double-sided messages, want to add a logo to your message, or even include a special wrapper, we can make it happen! We offer special Chinese take-out boxes and seasonal containers, custom packing, and can print stickers of your logo to affix to the boxes or cookie wrapper. Your imagination is the only limit (and we even offer assistance with that).

We’re located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. What’s sweet about that? There isn’t any place in the continental US that’ll take longer than five days for a box to get to. Once you place your order, assume we need three days to make it, then add five days and you’ll know for sure that will have received your order by that date.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes! We do! Shipping takes about five to seven days Standard (rush shipping options available by calling 1.800.808.3678). The shopping cart only includes shipping costs. The receiver is responsible for paying duty tax incurred at customs when shipping standard UPS. UPS will e-mail you a tracking number once your box ships so you can monitor its immigration status into your country.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Not typically. Please call us at 1.800.808.3678 so we can arrange USPS shipping on your order.

Where’s my box?!?

Upon shipment UPS will e-mail you a tracking number for your fortune cookie order. If you didn’t receive the tracking number, contact us and we will e-mail it to you. Go to UPS.com and type in your tracking number. Check the status of your package. If something is wrong (like UPS can’t find your house so the package is sitting in their distribution center) call UPS immediately! Call UPS at 1.800.742.5877 for domestic claims (below 150 pounds). Shipping Chocolate:

Important! Chocolate-dipped fortune cookie orders must be shipped UPS Next Day Air if your average temperature at your ship-to location is 70 degrees or above. Do you want soggy, melted chocolate fortune cookies? Of course not! We’ve been doing this since 1983. We know what we’re talking about. Trust us – don’t select Ground if it’s hot outside.

Chocolate melts. This means if you are ordering chocolate fortune cookies, May through September, you must select Next Day Air during checkout. The shopping cart may allow you to select another method, but you may not want to ship that way. Make sure the “ship-to” address you choose will have someone available to receive the box. Overnight shipping does no good if UPS leaves the box on your porch all day. We will not refund melted chocolate-dipped fortune cookies. We also won’t ship out chocolate fortune cookies on Fridays even if you order Next Day Air. UPS won’t deliver on Saturdays so the box would stay in a warehouse all weekend. We wouldn’t want that!

Return Policy on Damaged Goods

If you have received an item that is damaged call UPS. We know these babies are fragile! Keep the box, all fortune cookies and all original packaging intact. Contact UPS Package Services at 1.800.742.5877 for domestic claims (below 150 pounds). For international services call 1.800.782.7892. UPS will need to inspect the damaged parcel. Meaning – don’t throw anything away, eat any of the cookies and have nothing left to prove damage, or you will not receive a refund. If the damage was due to shipping, be sure that UPS starts a claim and remember to record the claim number. Call UPS within 24 hours of receipt. Once you have contacted UPS, call our customer service department at 1.800.808.3678 with your claim number to notify us of the situation within 24 hours. We will work with UPS to obtain a refund and credit. Once we receive the refund from UPS we will credit you appropriately.

You will be refunded 50% for the cost of the product and refunded 100% for the cost of the shipping.

After it Ships:

This is viewed as a return and is handled on a case-per-case basis. Call us at 1.800.808.3678 so we can discuss the situation.

Not Responsible

Keefer Court Food, Inc., is not responsible for packages that are delayed due to extreme weather, natural disasters, or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Keefer Court Food is not responsible if you chose to refuse your box for whatever reason. If your box looks damage upon receipt – don’t refuse it so it is sent back to us. Ask for the driver’s name, accept the box and call UPS at the number listed above.
