How long does this take?

CUSTOM

For custom products we need, at most, three production days to complete your order. This is why the calendar you see during the order process is set so you have to select a date that is at least three production days from today.

We are located in Minnesota. That means it takes UPS no more than five business days to delivery to any location within the US. As a note: We will not confirm that your need-by date will be met by your selected shipping method. Just because you can select Ground, doesn’t mean you should.

Is your event at least eight business days out from today’s date?

YES - Great, you can select Ground shipping at checkout and know your fortune cookies will arrive in time.

NO – Is your event at least four business days out?

YES - You will need to select Overnight shipping, unless you live in MN, WI, or IA, to have the cookies arrive in time.

NO, my event is in three days!

You will need to call us at 1.800.808.3678 and tell us you’re in a rush to receive your order. We will then discuss shipping rates, and your new order total.

NON-CUSTOM

For all non-custom items, we ship out within 24 business hours of the time you place your order. Make sure to consider that Ground shipping usual takes five days for a package to arrive and Overnight takes one day. Select the shipping method that makes sense for your need-by date.
